-Conduct meetings to explain loan products, terms, and repayment schedules

-Verify customer details and complete KYC documentation

-Facilitate loan applications and coordinate disbursement

-Collect weekly/monthly repayments from group members

-Follow up on overdue accounts and handle delinquency
