Job Description
Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing business for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The role involves extensive fieldwork, building relationships with customers, channel partners, and ensuring end-to-end loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads for Home Loans and LAP through field visits, referrals, and networking
Identify and approach potential customers (self-employed & salaried)
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, DSAs, and connectors
Conduct client meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly
Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of Home Loans & LAP products
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Basic understanding of financial documents and credit profiles
Local market knowledge and network is a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in BFSI, NBFC, or housing finance)
Experience in HL/LAP sales will be an advantage
Must own a two-wheeler (for field visits)
