Key Responsibilities
Loan Processing & Approval

Assess and process loan applications based on company policies.

Evaluate applicant financial status, creditworthiness, and repayment ability.

Customer Consultation & Relationship Management

Assist customers in understanding different loan options (personal, home, business, or auto loans).

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, banking laws, and company policies.

Identify potential risks and fraudulent activities in applications.

Maintain proper records and submit reports to senior management.
Sales & Business Development

Generate leads and increase loan sales through referrals and marketing efforts.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Collaborate with financial advisors, real estate agents, and business owners to expand the loan portfolio.
