Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling & Lead Generation:
-
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or marketing campaigns.

Explain loan products clearly and persuasively to individuals or businesses, depending on their needs.
-
Identify and qualify customer leads by asking relevant financial questions and understanding their eligibility.
-
Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and update the CRM system with customer status.
2. Loan Consultation and Customer Assistance:
-
Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate loan product based on their profile, income, and repayment capacity.

Educate customers on loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria.

Clarify doubts regarding documents, fees, processing time, and approval process.
3. Documentation & Application Support:
-
Guide customers through the loan application process by collecting necessary documents such as ID proofs, income proof, bank statements, and address verification.

Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of submitted documents.
-
Coordinate with the internal processing team or banking partners to track the progress of applications.
-
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive client data in compliance with company policies and data protection laws.
4. Follow-Up & Coordination:
-
Follow up regularly with leads who have shown interest but not yet submitted their documents.

Act as a point of contact between the customer and loan processing or underwriting teams.

Resolve customer queries or escalate issues that need attention from higher management.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
-
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and loan disbursal targets.
-
Work closely with sales and business development teams to share market feedback and improve product offerings.
-
Participate in regular training to stay updated with new loan schemes, market changes, and competitor strategies.
6. Reporting & Record-Keeping:
-
Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, conversions achieved, and rejections with reasons.

Provide timely reports to team leads or managers regarding performance metrics and customer insights.
-
Keep track of documentation progress and share updates with clients and internal teams as required.
