Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Loan Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers to explain loan products, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote personal, business, home, or vehicle loans.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and interest rates clearly.

Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team (if applicable).

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Handle queries and resolve customer issues effectively.

Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve loan product offerings.
Experience: 1 to 7 years
