Job Description
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Schedule transportation and monitor deliveries.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams.
Prepare and maintain shipping, dispatch, and delivery documentation.
Monitor inventory movement and stock availability.
Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Maintain logistics records, reports, and MIS.
Verify invoices, freight charges, and proof of delivery (POD).
Coordinate reverse logistics and material returns when required.
Support procurement and operations teams in material planning.
