Job Description
Courier AWB & Invoice Creation and close the packets.
KYC – submission in case of queries (2-3 incidents happens monthly due to mismatch)
Log the AWB details in Excel.
Cost Center details to be provided based on invoice – this is need it for business controller.
If any packet is stuck at customs, co-ordination with clearance team and provide the necessary documents for imports clearance. (5 -6 incidents monthly)
