Logistics Analyst I-Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities :
- Day-to-day tracking of logistic activities
- Facilitation Inbound/Outbound deliveries
- Monitor transaction flow via EDI interface
- Investigate missed shipments
- Handle issues at Customs
- Monthly logistic cost control
- Coordinate and implement logistics projects
- Develop logistic solutions
- Track and trace through the FF systems
- Track KPI’s and logistics performance through IBD, OBD and warehousing
- Prepare shipment documentation as per destination country regulations and compliance with LC terms and conditions
- Understanding and execution of the inspection process requirements
- Build a proper communication channels with internal – CX, Sourcing, LC team and trade compliance team - and external
- Customers, FF, Internal and external vendors and 3PL service providers - stakeholders
- Knowledge of Cycle count and inventory count
- Knowledge of special approval process “TRA, CD and MOI” as per country requirements
- Knowledge of the trade compliance requirements
- Dispute management and RMA’s
- GR Creation
