Job Description
Job Title: Category Associate (CC Logistics)
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2-3 YearsAbout the Team
Join the Hyperpure-Blinkit F&V team within the Category Department. This is an entry-level position critical to ensuring the seamless flow of fresh produce logistics, upholding Hyperpure's operational and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Category Associate, you will be responsible for the daily logistics operations at the collection center, focusing on timely and efficient movement of fresh produce.
Your duties will include:
● Coordinating with drivers and vendors to guarantee on-time vehicle placement at the collection centre.
● Proactively tracking vehicle movement using GPS and managing any deviations or
delays in real-time.
● Ensuring the timely arrival and dispatch of vehicles according to the daily schedule.
● Maintaining comprehensive daily reports, including vehicle in-time, out-time, and arrival
time.
● Communicating all updates and exceptions to the central operations team in real-time.
● Supporting with documentation, vehicle scheduling, and coordination to facilitate smooth
F&V movement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
● Relevant experience of 2-3 years in a logistics or operations-focused role. (Maximum 3
years of work experience).
Technical/Hard Skills (Must-Have):
● Proficiency in Vehicle Tracking Management systems.
● Strong MIS skills, including Advanced Excel (e.g., vlookup, Xlookup).

Experience in Driver Management and/or Vendor Management.
Soft Skills:
●
●
Excellent Communications skills.
Ability to work proactively and manage dynamic logistics scenarios.
Good-to-Have Skills
●
A proactive and tenacious (Hustler) mindset.
