Job Description
- Inbound/Outbound dispatch.
- Actively search for carriers through databases, boards, etc. to cover available loads.
- Schedule and confirm pickup and deliveries.
- Cooperating in building sales and customers.
- Focus on excellent and superior Customer service.
- Communicate and solve issues with Customers.
- Update Customers as required
- Familiarity with Dispatch Software’s.
- Understanding of Canada/US geography
- Coordinate with other departments as required, such as accounting, dispatch and customer services.
- Knowledge of ACE and Customs/Border Crossing
- Knowledge of various load boards
Other Skills:
- Communication Skills (Verbal, Written, Presentation), excellent command on English
- Strong follow up
