Material Gate inward entry & Acknowledgement in SAP.
GRN create (Goods Receipt Note) in 101 movement SAP.
Excise document Received from Vender and Excel Entry.
Preparing material inward and outward reports as per department requirement.
Physical verification of receipt material.
Posting of material/goods movement in SAP.
Handling of project material for loading and unloading activities.
Preparing Delivery Order (DO) Of Finish Goods in SAP.
Also Generating Invoice of Finish Goods in SAP.
Finish Goods Dispatch as per Dispatch Order.
Material issue to PPC/sub-contractor with proper channel through system biased reservation and posting the same in SAP to
update daily store stock.
Personally involved in vehicle movement activities. Understand project priority and give prior preference to urgent material
vehicle for unloading at store/site.
Prepare DMR (Daily Material Receipt) report in excel on day to day basis for tally with SAP, MM system.
