Job Description
OT Logistics ( LAC)- JD
• Assessing the WH safety aspects.
• Budget Vs Actual on Freight Secondary OT front month on month analysis.
• Bills processing for Logistics function
• IRA - Monthly Physical stock count plans, conduct audits and ensure Inventory Accuracy
• Logistics related – Co-ordination with Statutory auditors – CFAs Shipment Costing – Freight secondary related
• Inventory Audit/ Process improvements.
• Insurance related CFAs/RWHs addresses.
• OT Stocks Placement coordinating with RWH/CFA/P2Ps Team need basis.
• Ecom/ MT fill rates - As per targets. Reasons to be evaluated and actions to be taken
• Safety Audit and awareness in CFA/ RWH every month
• Hygiene Audit for CFA's every month
• Customer’s DC/Chain Visit – 2 per month.
• Consistently conduct training programs to supervisors, warehouse managers and labors to improve capability, product knowledge
• MIS reports stocks execution and non-execution status on daily basis
