Job Description
Skillfrogger offers a government-approved diploma program in Logistics & Supply Chain Management with internship placement support.
This is a structured training + internship opportunity aimed at freshers, students, and jobseekers who wish to build a career in logistics.
Note: Internship support is provided after course enrollment. Candidates can register with the employment exchange, and the diploma is attested by the Ministry of External Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Support:
-
Assist in coordinating daily shipping and delivery schedules.

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and update records accordingly.

Help in tracking consignments and ensuring timely delivery to customers or warehouses.

Inventory and Warehouse Coordination:
-
Support the inventory management team in stock checking and data entry.
-
Assist with physical inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies.

Coordinate with warehouse staff for the movement and storage of goods.

Documentation and Data Entry:
-
Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and shipment trackers.

Input logistics data into ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).

Maintain digital and physical records of all logistics activities.

Vendor and Transport Coordination:
-
Communicate with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partners to schedule and follow up on deliveries.

Assist in evaluating vendor performance related to on-time delivery and service quality.

Help with rate comparisons and cost analysis when required.

Process Improvement:
-
Participate in identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current logistics operations.

Offer suggestions or help implement minor improvements to enhance operational flow.

Assist with research projects or process documentation as assigned.

Reporting:
-
Generate and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory.

Present findings or observations to supervisors for review.

Maintain logs of delayed or incomplete shipments and help escalate when necessary.
