Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle courier booking as per customer and internal requirements.
- Manage incoming courier operations, including receipt, verification, and documentation.
- Manage outgoing courier operations, including packing coordination, dispatch, and tracking.
- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing couriers. Coordinate with courier service providers for pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Address basic courier-related queries and provide operational support to internal teams.
- Report daily courier status and operational updates to the supervisor.
