Responsibilities:
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer preferences, trends, and market opportunities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Creating and curating engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters, to attract and retain customers.
Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics, and providing insights to optimise future initiatives.
Assisting in the organisation and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Conducting customer surveys and analysing feedback to gain insights and improve marketing strategies.
Maintaining accurate documentation and reports to track marketing activities, budgets, and results.

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing effective interaction with various stakeholders and the ability to create compelling marketing content.
Strong analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of data and identification of trends, customer behaviours, and market insights.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
Creativity and attention to detail, enabling the development and execution of unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management, allowing efficient coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
