Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database or leads.

Contact potential buyers to promote ongoing and upcoming real estate projects (residential, commercial, plots, etc.).

Provide information about project features, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and investment potential.
2. Lead Generation

Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and investment preferences.

Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to ensure maximum engagement with prospects.

Generate appointments for the on-site sales team or online meetings for virtual presentations.
3. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building

Develop a strong rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

Respond promptly to queries received via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Share brochures, videos, or links related to the projects with customers as needed.
4. Data Management and Reporting
-
Record all call details, customer responses, and feedback in the CRM or Excel sheet.

Update the sales team on warm or hot leads for further processing.

Maintain records of calls, leads generated, follow-ups done, and appointments fixed.
5. Support Sales and Marketing Campaigns

Assist in executing calling campaigns for real estate exhibitions, project launches, or promotional events.

Inform customers about special offers, discounts, EMI options, or festive deals.

Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on online leads or inquiries from portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, or Housing.
