Qualification  :  i) 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. ii) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English on computer.

Pay Level in VII CPC :   Pay Level-2 of VII Central Pay Commission Pay Matrix (Rs. 19900-63200) Pre-revised (PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1900)

Accounts Officer (Junior Grade) – Group ‘B’

Qualification  :  i) Three years Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. ii) 5 years regular service as Assistant in GP-Rs. 4200 including two years working experience in Finance/ Accounts. 

Desirable: Working knowledge of MS Office and Accounts Software.

Pay :   Pay Level-7 of VII Central Pay Commission Pay Matrix (Rs. 44900-142400) Pre-revised (PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600)

Age Limit : Not exceeding 32 years

Application Fee  : The candidate has to remit application fee of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) (wherever applicable) through Demand Draft from a nationalized bank in favour of “The Director, National Institute of Epidemiology” payable at Chennai including ICMR employees.
