Lower Division Clerk job recruitment in National Institute of Plant Health Management on Direct basis
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : 1. Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university. 2. Must possess at least Lower typing certificate in English from the state Board of technical education Desirable: 1. Must possess Diploma/Certificate in basic computer applications and data entry. 2. Must possess experience of at least one year preferably in Government offices in secretarial section / Accounts / Stores / Establishment / Staff office management branches.
Scale of Pay : Level 2 (Rs. 19900- 63200)
Age : Between 18 to 27 years
Procedure of Selection :
Selection will be based on written test and skill test.
Syllabus for the skill test and written test:
1. Typing test (Lower)
2. Essay writing (General topics)
3. Precis writing
4. Comprehension
5. Administrative Knowledge (Office Procedure & management)
6. 7th CPC guidelines
7. Record retention rules
8. Delegation of Financial powers rules
9. GFR – 2017 – Procurement of Goods & Services
10. Any other rules and regulations related to Administration and Accounts

Management, a very crucial area for enhancing our country's agricultural
production, the Department of Agriculture & Cooperation of the
Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India had taken a decision for
transforming this Institute into an autonomous body vide resolution F.
No. 20-62/2007-PP I dated 13th October,2008. Consequently, the Institute
has been registered as an Autonomous Society under the Ministry of
Agriculture, Govt. of India, in the Office of the Registrar of
Societies, Rangareddy District, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on 24th
October, 2008 under the name, National Institute of Plant Health
Management with Registration No. 1444 of 2008 under the Andhra Pradesh
Societies Registration Act, 2001 (Act No.35 of 2001).
