We are looking to hire talented individuals for Machine Learning Engineer positions to work on all aspects of the project including: the core model (classifier, predictive, regression, neural network etc.), the collection and preprocessing of data, data analysis and visualisation, presentation of results, managing scalability by using cloud based platforms (AWS), etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with relational databases to store, pre-process and analyse data

• Manage the engineering surrounding the AI/ML models including the training and testing infrastructure

• Work with and help in brainstorming the right model to be used for a project

• Measure and describe the accuracy, precision and recall of the model

• Work with the rest of the team on integration of this work into the front-end

• Directly work with founders on latest technologies

Qualifications Needed

• Ability to demonstrate strong programming skills in any language. (Python preferred)

• Ability to develop algorithms for AI/ML related projects

• Ability to demonstrate that you feel comfortable to work with large datasets

• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture.

• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor Degree (preferably Computer Science), plus points for premier institutes like IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT
