Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable machine learning engineer to optimize our machine learning systems. You will be evaluating existing machine learning (ML) processes, performing statistical analysis to resolve data set problems, and enhancing the accuracy of our AI software's predictive automation capabilities.

Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA
Experience: 1– 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development:

Design, build, and train machine learning models using supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning techniques.
Select appropriate algorithms based on the nature of the problem and available data (e.g., classification, regression, clustering, recommendation).
Work with large datasets to build scalable and production-ready ML solutions.

2. Data Handling and Preprocessing:

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Perform feature engineering, normalization, dimensionality reduction, and outlier detection to improve model performance.
Work with big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) for processing large-scale datasets.

3. Model Evaluation and Optimization:

Evaluate models using performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, AUC-ROC, MSE, etc.
Conduct hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and model comparison to select the best-performing models.
Apply techniques such as regularization and ensemble methods (e.g., bagging, boosting) to improve performance.

4. Deployment and Monitoring:

Deploy machine learning models into production environments using tools like TensorFlow Serving, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
Develop APIs or integrate models with existing applications and systems.
Monitor model performance in real-world scenarios and implement retraining pipelines for model updates.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and product managers to align machine learning solutions with business goals.
Communicate model predictions, results, and limitations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to cross-functional projects, sharing insights and best practices.

6. Research and Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and AI research.
Prototype new algorithms and test their feasibility and performance on real-world data.
Contribute to open-source projects or publish findings in technical blogs or journals (optional but valuable).
