Qualification - ITI, Diploma

Work- CNC, VMC Machine Operating

Duty Time- 8 HRS

Job Type: Full-time

Facility - Canteen ,PF And ESIC

Shift - Rotation Shift

Responsibilities:

Responsible for upkeep of the machines – cleaning, filling oils, filling coolants, and other production maintenance upkeep

Performs scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance on a regular basis such as, but not limited to, checking and replacing coolant, checking fluid oils, emptying metal chips, and cleaning machinery and work areas

Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and of company assets

Adhere to and comply with all ISO 14001/EHS, TS 16949 standards, procedures, and guidelines

Removing Flash

Visually inspecting

Locate and read blueprints, job travelers, and bills of material

Operate CNC Machining centers and teardown of fixtures and tooling

Responsible for machine offsets

Responsible for burring parts, checking parts, and filling out audit sheets
