Job Description

Urgent Hiring !Newtech Auto components Pvt Ltd

Roll : On Roll / Permanent

Gender : Male only

Age : 18 to 35

Working Hours : 8 hrs

Shift : Rotational shift

Salary : 15000 to 18000 (Experience Based)

Benefits : Pf / Esi / Free food / Yearly bonus / yearly once increment

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in training production operators on the use of new CNC and VMC machine controls and tools.
Support the departmental CNC and VMC program change control repository.
Perform cutting tools evaluations, cost analysis, and implement new technology.
Suggest drawing changes to improve manufacture ability and CNC/VMC program strategy.
Set up and calibrate machines according to production specifications.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during operations.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of lathe and mill machines in CNC & VMC controls, including multiple-axis machining centers.
Ability to adapt to ever-changing technology.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO/IATF standards is a plus.
Understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting.
Operating digital machine controls and reporting data.
