Job Description
- Setting up machinery: Machine operator prepare equipment for operation by calibrating, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper functionality according to production specifications.
- Operating machinery: They carefully run the machines, ensuring they are working within optimal parameters and producing the desired output.
- Monitoring performance: Machine Operator constantly observe the machines during operation, checking for any deviations from the standard process or quality issues.
- Inspecting output: They regularly check the products produced by the machines for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments.
- Troubleshooting: When issues arise, they identify the cause, troubleshoot the problem, and take appropriate action, sometimes coordinating with maintenance teams.
- Maintaining optimal performance: Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the machines are running efficiently and effectively.
Required Qualifications

Education:

Minimum 10th pass; ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, or any related trade is preferred.

Technical training or certification in machine operation will be an added advantage.
