Job Description
Hiring: VMC Operator (2 Positions) – Urgently Required
Key Responsibilities:

Operate VMC machines efficiently and safely.

Set tools, offsets, and parameters as required for production.

Read and understand engineering drawings, G-code basics, and job specifications.
-
Perform machine setup, loading/unloading of components.
-
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production flow.

Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).

Identify and report machine or program issues to the supervisor.

Maintain production logs and ensure timely completion of jobs.
-
Follow safety standards and maintain machine cleanliness.
Required Skills:
-
Hands-on experience operating VMC machines.
-
Basic CNC programming knowledge (G & M codes preferred).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
-
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
-
Good problem-solving and machine-handling skills.
-
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
