Key Responsibilities: Machine Operator
- Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and adjustments to achieve required dimensions.
- Ensure all machined parts meet quality standards using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Maintain machines in proper working condition through routine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor production processes and make corrections when necessary.
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to resolve machining issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
- Record daily production data and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
Job Description:
Ø Programming knowledge.
Ø Editing program as per output / New requirement.
Ø Change over setting to be done as per scheduled time.
Ø Ensure the production process as per control plan.
Ø Ensure the production process without Rejection parts.
Ø Drawing reading knowledge & Part Inspection knowledge.
Ø Tool selection as per product requirements.
Ø Shift manpower handling as per production plan.
Ø ISO & IATF production documents knowledge.
Ø Knowledge about new product development.
Job Type: Rotational Shift 9 hrs / Sunday Week Off
Job Location: Kattur Sipcot Thirumullaivoyal/ Papparambakkam Tiruvallur / Ambattur Industrial Estate, Ayanambakkam
