Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Operating Grinding Equipment: Set up and operate roll grinding machines according to procedures and safety protocols.

Monitoring and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, document work records, and collaborate with the production team to implement improvements.

Compacting Materials: Drive heavy rolling machines to compact earth fills, asphalt, and materials on construction sites, highways, streets, and runways.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to read technical drawings.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Roll Grinder Operator or in a related field.- Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor machine cycles, ensure products conform to specifications, and maintain quality control.

Manufacturing Facilities: Operate grinding equipment in production facilities
Varied Shifts: Work full-time or varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Attributes:

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Attention to detail and safety-conscious.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines.
