Job Description

Lead and guide Production line workman to achieve manufacturing goal/ objective with optimum utilization of the resource.

Handling of CNC machine.

Handling of VMC machine.

Handling of MANPOWER.

Daily maintain production report

Updating process related documents daily check machining parameter

Daily handle internal production problem to review rejection as received from the field

Daily quality maintain in product according to drawing

Daily maintain 5SCAPA, KAIZEN,POKA YOKE,TPM,RED BIN ANALYSIS,7QCTOOLS,OEE,TACT TIME

Excellent communication skills and a proactive team player

Ability to set and operate as required.

Ability to provide solutions to decrease cycle times and overcome day to day machining issues.

Flexibility and ability to adapt to change

Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment

Maintain a safe working environment ensuring all company procedures are followed.

Commitment, dedication and willingness to succeed and progress is a must
