Mainframe Support (TWS , Zeke) – Night Shifts

Location: Pune, Bangalore

Position Type: Full time - Regular

Type of Hire: Requisition will be sent to PeopleFluent

Experience Desired: 5+ Years

Education Desired: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, General Equivalency Diploma, High School Diploma

What you will be doing:

Maintain job scheduling system using tools TWS/OPC, ZEKE, ESP, CA7 Investigates known error conditions and follows prescribed error correction procedures.
Recognizes abnormal processing conditions and determines appropriate actions required to resolve issue(s) and complete processing.
Makes use of available documentation to resolve errors.
Maintains the production scheduling system and new/improved work procedures.
Researches and resolves user problems as well as issues and problems with software systems, production processing and production environments.
Will be working in Regular Night shifts

What you bring:

5 to 7 Years of experience in Maintain job scheduling system using tools TWS/OPC, ZEKE, ESP, CA7
Ability to conduct comprehensive testing of changes made within the HPE tool
Ability to re-generate job schedules through manipulation of HPE components
Ability to create / modify JCL needed for job functions (copies, backups, restores, etc)

Added bonus if you have:

Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
Knowledge of financial services industry
Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
