Responsibilities –
· Responsible for repairs & Maintenance of Heavy Earth Machinery Excavators, Dumpers, Wheel Loaders, Back Hoe Loaders assigned during a shift.
· Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
· Responding to breakdowns
· Diagnosing faults
· Repairing equipment
· Supervising engineering and technical staff
· Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
· Maintaining statistical and financial records
· Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
· Creating maintenance procedures

About Company
Quality Earth Minerals (QEM) was incorporated in 2008 under Companies Act 1958 as a private limited entity and has since been engaged in stone mining and processing on ownership based mining leases mainly for various construction companies involved in infrastructure development activities in Delhi-NCR. QEM is mining and crushing company in private sector with annual turnover of approx INR 400 million in the year ended 2016. The promoters of QEM are engaged in mining opportunities in various states of the country viz- mining / trading of aggregate/silica sand in Rajasthan, exploration/mining for stone boulders and GSB in Bhiwani, Haryana and screening & washing of river gravel in Ambala, Haryana along with its subsidiaries.
The Company is also engaged in the sector of renewable energy for last few years. We have successfully completed several renewable energy projects on EPC basis in the state of Rajasthan & Haryana. These include Government Solar Street Light Projects and NABARD Solar Water Pump Projects for irrigation purposes.
We have just completed solar street light project (Approx. 105 KW) for RIICO in Bhiwadi-Neemrana Industrial area vicinity worth 2.25 cr. Another same project is under progress for RIICO Ajmer. Many NABARD Solar Water Pumps installation (Approx. 102 KW) has been completed in the district of Jaisalmer, Sikar, Nagaur and Jodhpur.
