  • Ensuring all equipment’s, machinery, utilities, and assets of the factory are always maintained in healthy condition by planning, scheduling, executing and monitoring effective preventive maintenance program.
  • Ensuring all spares and consumables often required based on FMEA and historical data are always maintained at ROL and follows EOQ principles.
  • Co-operating and contributing to optimum utilization of resources, manpower and facility.
  • Ensuring activities, results and initiatives are documented on time in pre-decided formats.
  • Programs and activities that will shape our future.
  • Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.
  • Removing old equipment and installing new machines.
  • Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
