Job Description
Position:
Maintenance Mechanical Engineer – HVAC (Industrial Systems)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation,
and Air Conditioning)
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and HAP
• Ability to design and read technical maps and drawings
Note: Candidates must have strong technical expertise and
hands-on experience in the HVAC field.

About
the Role:
We are looking for a proficient and dedicated HVAC
Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to
ensure the optimal performance of our industrial HVAC systems. The ideal
candidate will bring a strong technical background and hands-on experience in
maintaining complex equipment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Perform planned and corrective maintenance on industrial HVAC
systems.
Troubleshoot and repair chillers, cooling towers, AHUs,
FAHUs, DX units, and split ACs.
Operate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting via the
Building Management System (BMS).
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety
standards and protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Air Conditioning.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with industrial
HVAC systems.
Specific experience working in the GCC or Indian market is
highly preferred.
Proven expertise in maintaining chillers, cooling towers, and
BMS.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
