Maintenance:

• Education BE in EEE only required

• Monitor day-to-day maintenance work at unit.

• Regular floor visit to ensure smooth functionality at plant and machineries.
• Ensure weighing sale calibration is done every day at production, packaging & dispatch section.
• Monitor all the data of machines such as service reports, service due and supplier contact details M/c safety DOC etc.
• Communicating with the suppliers for technical support of all machines.
• Install and monitor new machines – testing, IQ, PQ,OQ as need be.
• Maintaining the step by step working process for all machines.
• Training the Maintenance Team for handling any type of emergencies.
• Handling break down situations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans for all machines.
• Monitoring the calibration of all Machinery like Load cell, weighing scales, pressure & Temp gauge.
• Monitoring Tools & spare parts.
• Monitoring energy consumption reports.
• Plan and monitor half yearly/yearly maintenance activities like deep cleaning, painting etc of the infrastructure like roof, walls, plumbing, wiring etc
• Handling the electrical safety inspectors and closing the identified gaps, if any
• Operational and maintenance of utilities like Lights, cable fittings, hot water geysers, AC, fans, freezers, pressure pumps etc.,
• Monitoring and maintaining the RO plant and AHU plant on weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor water pump, check over head tank water level, clean sump and tanks.
• Coordinate with suppliers for service quotations and compare with market conditions.
• Monitor the RCA and CAP break downs and submit reports to the director.

Safety

• Must examine gas cylinder line and gas manifold as per safety policy.

• Must inspect fire system and its working conditions.
• Must examine Air pressure, safety valve and compressor condition.
• Must inspect DG battery condition and connection, diesel level and leakage, if any.
• Must inspect main electrical panel earthing and switch condition.
• Monitor the high speed rotating parts and its safety measures
• Monitor the chemical hazards in the plant.
• Train the employees regarding the safety measures at the units (fire drill etc)
• Conduct First Aid training sessions and train them for handling emergencies.
• Inspect electrical connections, water heater condition and check for safety concerns.
• Monitor safety conditions of DG, Transformer, Electrical panel, wiring etc
• Monitor hot water line for any leakage to ensure employee safety.
• Monitor electrical earthing of pumps, motors, filling machines etc.,
• Submit weekly maintenance reports to the Director.
