Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure employees follow company policies and meet productivity goals
- Schedule shifts and manage attendance or coverage issues
- Address employee and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate with upper management regarding team performance and operational needs
