Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth and safe operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and be able to work independently or as part of a team to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, tools, and equipment

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly

Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize production delays

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory

Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to coordinate repairs and shutdowns

Follow safety protocols and comply with company and regulatory safety standards

Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and systems

Recommend improvements to increase equipment efficiency and lifespan
Required Skills:

Proficient in mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of safety standards and procedures

Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environments
