We are looking for a male Delivery Executive to deliver medical trays to hospitals.
Age Limit: 20 to 40 years
Driving License Mandatory
Gender: Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities
1. Medical Tray Pickup and Delivery

Collecting sterilized medical trays, surgical kits, and other hospital supplies from the central warehouse, medical supply unit, or sterilization facility.

Transporting and delivering trays to designated hospitals, operation theatres (OTs), and specialized hospital departments.

Ensuring trays are handled with utmost care to avoid contamination or damage.
2. Timely and Accurate Deliveries

Delivering medical trays within strict timelines, especially for scheduled surgeries and emergency cases.

Verifying hospital delivery schedules to ensure no delays in critical healthcare services.

Prioritizing urgent deliveries as per instructions from the logistics or hospital coordination team.
3. Hygiene and Safety Compliance

Maintaining strict hygiene standards during transportation and delivery.

Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and shoe covers when required.

Ensuring trays are kept sealed, sterilized, and uncontaminated during transit.

Following hospital-specific safety protocols and biohazard handling procedures.
4. Route Planning and Navigation

Planning the fastest and safest routes to deliver medical trays on time.

Using GPS-based applications and hospital delivery mapping systems.

Avoiding traffic delays and ensuring timely completion of multiple deliveries.
5. Documentation and Records Management

Maintaining accurate delivery logs for each hospital served.

Collecting signatures, seals, and delivery confirmations from authorized hospital staff.

Updating company systems or mobile apps with real-time delivery statuses.

Reporting any discrepancies, missing trays, or damaged packages immediately.
6. Customer Interaction

Coordinating with hospital staff, nurses, and biomedical teams to deliver trays directly to the designated departments.

Handling inquiries politely and assisting hospital personnel if additional documentation or confirmations are required.

Maintaining professional and courteous communication at all times.
7. Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance

Ensuring the delivery vehicle or two-wheeler used for transporting medical trays is well-maintained and clean.

Regularly checking fuel levels, brakes, tires, and overall vehicle safety before starting deliveries.

Keeping temperature-controlled storage operational (if required for certain medical supplies).
