Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Male Hairdresser to join our grooming team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in hair styling, hair cutting, beard grooming, head massage, and basic skincare services such as facials. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and fulfill client preferences with consistency and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hair Styling and Haircutting

Provide various men's haircuts and styles including classic cuts, fades, trims, and custom styles.

Suggest hairstyles based on face shape, lifestyle, and client preferences.

Use proper techniques and equipment to ensure precision and satisfaction.
2. Beard Grooming and Shaving

Shape, trim, and style beards and mustaches according to client requests.

Perform clean shaves using razors and trimmers with proper hygiene and aftercare.

Recommend beard maintenance tips and suitable products.
3. Head Massage and Hair Care

Offer head massages using appropriate techniques to promote relaxation and scalp health.

Apply hair care treatments such as oil massages, anti-dandruff or hair fall treatments (if required).

Recommend products for hair growth, styling, and scalp care.
4. Facials and Basic Skincare

Perform men’s facials using skin-appropriate products to cleanse, exfoliate, and rejuvenate.

Recommend skin care routines for different skin types.

Ensure hygiene and cleanliness during all facial procedures.
5. Client Interaction and Salon Maintenance

Greet clients warmly and consult with them to understand their grooming needs.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.

Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Keep equipment sanitized and well-maintained.

Assist in managing salon inventory and informing the team when supplies are low.
