Job Description
Founders OfficeRole objective: We're looking at a candidate who has 1-3 years of broad experience and who's passionate about creating strategies and implementing them to take the company to the next level of Growth. The candidates should be willing to work in multiple business projects across departments and drive implementation and drive impact at an organization level. This candidate will work closely with the Founder’s Officer and will be an individual contributor role to begin with.
What you will do?
- Quarterly Roadmap / status tracking and updates
- Develop KPIs and tracking mechanisms for the company, including for internal Operations functions.
- Provide leadership and Project Management oversight to all internal operations functions, to help execute the initiatives to align with the strategy.
- Own the execution and act as the single Point of Contact for the CBO and the Senior Leadership Team for tracking progress of critical strategic initiatives.
- Escalate issues and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to resolve bottlenecks that impact the timely progress of various strategic initiatives across the company.
- Own the execution of monthly and quarterly business reviews of the company by working with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Good sounding board for others in the company- provide open, honest feedback
- No ego- help employees understand where you can be useful for them vs. a roadblock to the top.
- Working alongside the CBO and Heads of Business for brain storming and problem solving.
- Willingness to travel extensively and roll up your sleeves and understand ground level realities to get better context of key problem statements and drive strategies.
What we are looking for?
- Education: BMS or BBA Graduate & MBA is a plus
- Should be open travelling -50-60% or at times more in a month
- Problem solver: You excel at understanding and solving complex problems. You have astonishing attention to detail.
- Comfortable with working with data and developing data frameworks for better decision making.
- Stakeholder management : Given the nature of the role, you will work across multiple teams and levels of people across the org - for you to be effective, its imperative that you know how to work well with people.
- Leadership : You will rapidly grow into a company/functional leader. You will build company culture and help shape our future.
- Organized : You've to be someone who always stays organized as you'll have a lot on your plate.
