Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle assigned management consulting projects with minimal intervention
2. Assist in the definition of project objectives, scope, organization, timelines, and overall approach
3. Manage multiple client projects
4. Stay actively involved in sales activity for the company
5. Lead the team consistent with the project charter and the project plan to attain the set project objectives
6. Undertake research into industry sector, markets, and competitors of clients
7. Work on providing objective strategic advice to the client
8. Stay updated with the consulting world and always be on the lookout for best practices and new consulting practices
9. Stay alert and self-motivated to develop new business opportunities for the company
10. Empower the junior consulting/analyst team to accomplish the above responsibilities in their respective projects

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th Jun'22 and 25th Jul'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Graduation in any degree or discipline which is inclined toward the development of
2. numerical & analytical skills
3. B.E/B. Tech from an accredited university would be preferred
4. Post-graduation degree in business or finance-related spheres of education
5. MBA/PGDM from Tier I or II business schools would be preferred
6. Familiarity with management concepts such as ToC, TQM, KPI - KRA linkage, etc.
