Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:
• Supporting social media management and campaign execution
• Assisting with content creation and basic graphic design
• Handling website updates and online listings
• Coordinating digital outreach and performance tracking
2. Departmental Support

Assist departmental teams in executing day-to-day operational tasks and administrative functions.

Help prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries under the supervision of department heads.

Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Work on assigned projects and complete deliverables within deadlines.
3. Market and Business Research

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, customer behavior, or emerging technologies.

Compile, analyze, and present data in usable formats such as charts, tables, and reports.

Support business development and strategy teams by preparing actionable insights based on research findings.
4. Process Improvement

Observe existing workflows and suggest improvements to optimize productivity or reduce operational bottlenecks.

Document processes and propose minor enhancements for smoother cross-functional collaboration.

Assist with implementing process changes, tracking results, and preparing progress reports.
5. Project Assistance

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs or resources required for project completion.

Monitor timelines and update supervisors on task progress or challenges faced.
6. Communication and Coordination

Draft internal communications, memos, and meeting agendas.

Attend and take minutes in meetings; follow up with concerned parties for action points.

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and logistics for internal events or training sessions.
7. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of work completed, feedback received, and learning outcomes.

Compile weekly or monthly reports summarizing internship contributions and learnings.

Assist in documentation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), policies, or guidelines when required.
