Amvotech invites an internship program for most eligible students for industry exposure and prepares freshers or students to be ready for an eventful career. Interns are invited from Management and Human Resource sectors:
Following are expected from interns to help and study:
1. Learning/ Training real-time with managers on the floor

2. Special roles and responsibilities will be defined in different departments of IT staffing
3. Looking for MBA HR, Marketing, Finance, Post Graduate, Engineering graduate interns with good communications skills
4. Interns are expected to review the current process and recommend improvements
5. Interns are going to screen candidate profiles, allocate profiles to marketing, and also a market for placements post-training
6. Based on willingness each intern will get resources and access to the portal to market profiles
7. Interns will be encouraged to do mistakes
8. Any self agenda for self-learning the HR process will be encouraged
9. Freedom to voice opinion culture of the company will help intern grow
At the end of the internship period, Intern would learn to complete Talent Acquisition to Talent Placement of C-level, Mid-level requirement. Eligible and most dynamic interns shall be hired on roles.
