RESPONSIBILITIES

Counsel visitors and convince
them to register
▪ Answer phone calls and keep records of all enquires
▪ Follow up on leads
▪
Ensure achievement of sales
targets
▪
Maintain good relations with
all guests
▪ Correspond with members and coaching participants
▪ Maintain records of all registrations
▪ Management of activities at the center and general center maintenance
KEY COMPETENCIES
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self driven with strong adherence to deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Should be energetic with a passion to learn and grow
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, etc
• Should be willing to work in different shifts
• Prior experience in sports coaching/ sports management will be an added advantage
