Job Description
our will be responsible for calling on data/leads given by Winaum Learning, explaining our educational products to potential parents and converting them. This job requires end to end ownership of inside sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming leads.Process them, call and pitch to convert
- Grow and nurture customer relationships in every interaction.
- Document necessary information and deliver reports and metrics as needed.
- Balance customer interests with the interests of Winaum Learning.
- Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels
to meet business needs.
