Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Support

Assist in sourcing profiles through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen résumés and coordinate interviews.

Manage candidate communication and maintain recruitment trackers.

Support onboarding activities—documentation, induction coordination, and system updates.

Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and MIS.

Contribute to planning and executing engagement activities, events, and communication.

Conduct feedback surveys, compile responses, and generate insights.

Coordinate trainings, prepare attendance and feedback reports.

Support creation of learning materials and communication content.

Assist in policy drafting, process documentation, and audits.

Support HR initiatives linked to culture, performance, and wellness.

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
-
High attention to detail, ownership, and eagerness to learn.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
