Responsibilities include:
1. Compile market overviews, competitor profiles, and competitor activity mapping to support the development of go-to-market strategies
2. Interpret, analyze data, market metrics, and intelligence, write and prepare reports and make actionable recommendations
3. Assist in ensuring that all insight, including research and evaluation projects fit and inform the overall business strategy
4. Coordinate and gather customer insight across key project areas on an organization-wide
5. Prepare questionnaires for data collection
6. Coordinate with the market research manager and come up with strategies for marketing
7. Identify the customer base and devise a plan accordingly
Other requirements
1. Accuracy in data collection, analyzing, and visualizing
2. Strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind
3. Aptitude for statistics and reasoning
4. Excellent (spoken and written) communication skills
5. Proficient with Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, AHP analysis, and SPSS/SAS
6. Good presentation and storytelling skills using data analytics
