Job Description: For Management Trainee - FMCG Field Sales
· Meet/exceed sales revenue targets through channel partners (Appointing Distributors)
· Developing and managing new business opportunities within the assigned market and maintain sales cycle – from prospecting to consistently handling the retail market assigned.
· Should have strong exposure in secondary and tertiary sales
· Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information.
· Able to work well with reporting manager and internal team
· Able to work in Field and visit the prospects as per journey plan
· Creation & execution of a sales plan for the respective territory
· Able to effectively communicate, negotiate and skilled enough to handle rejections.
