Job Description
Designation: Trainee Managers
Remuneration: Up to Rs. 40,000 per month (Performance Based) during the training period.
Dress Code: Formals
Job Profile: Trainee Managers will be trained on the job for
8-12 months into 5 levels of business management and will be promoted to Business Head position on the completion of the training.
Below mentioned are the levels of training and key
responsibilities-
LEVEL 1: Trainee Managers: sales marketing / business development / customer acquisition / client representation
LEVEL 2: Corporate Trainer: HR/ training development / recruitment process
LEVEL 3: Team Manager: Team Management / leadership development / conflict management
LEVEL 4: Asst. Business Head: Administration / operations/ finance
LEVEL 5: Business Head: Branch / Client / Human Resource Management
