- FABELLUS Management Trainee - (Strictly for Freshers with experience less than 1 year)
- You will be groomed to manage different functions of the organization where you can also EARN while you learn! FABELLUS Elite Business Management Program (EBMP) covers 12 months exposure to all business operations of FABELLUS.
- You will be trained for each business operation of the company and will be groomed to be next business leaders in the company to manage individual verticals for multi city operations.
- Organize and participate in business development activities across the city
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
- Organize events at corporate houses and generate leads for business
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Converting prospective leads into customers, understanding customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage and control expenses
- Perform market study and recommend new avenues of growth and sales
- Manage Operations and understand daily problems and recommend solutions to the operational issues.
- An OVER CONFIDENT Fresher having less than 1 year experience.
- Good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership qualities, motivated and respected; with a demonstrated ability to supervise and coach.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, vendors, supervisors, and clients.
- Computer knowledge and fluency in English with a good accent.
- Must have good knowledge of Mobile Applications, social media networks and should have OWN personal smartphone & laptop
- The ability to flourish in a competitive environment.
- Salary Rs 15,000 + Rs 4K variable
- Experience with Highly knowledgeable & successful team GUARANTEED
- Salary:INR 1,50,000 - 2,25,000 P.A.
