Eligibility for the Job:
· Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
· They must have the aptitude to make career in one of the areas, Marketing, Sales, General Management or Human Resources
What would you do:
If you are selected after rigorous recruit process, Ilantus would take you as trainee for 100 to 120 days, during this period you will be paid a stipend and upon confirmation you will be taken in one of the business areas as mentioned above.
You will be trained in various business areas by the leaders of the company, including the executive management team. You will also be doing projects in specific areas that would impart you with tremendous experience, besides giving Ilantus an idea on your ability to learn, enthusiasm and initiative.
