Job Description
1. Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
2. Understand the details of each account, including documentation and fieldwork.
3. Communication with the customer to better understand customer needs and implement as per requirement.
4. Understand processes in-depth and analyze the efficiency
5. Working with customer and government portals in order to complete shipments on time.
6. Analyzing the profitability of account handled and identifying ways to improve the same.
7. Visiting field operations, interacting with warehouse staff and managing cargo operations on-field, when required
8. Taking care of shipment execution from the time of booking till the final delivery.
9. Ensuring timely completion of work in order to meet customer timelines.
10. Finding out-of-the-box solutions to problems that arise, keeping in line with the management.
11. Communicating efficiently with team and management as well as customers for some requirements.
12. Maintaining accurate record of shipments.
