We are looking for Management Trainee to manage our Upcoming Outlet Wangs kitchen | The French Loaf
Job Description:
· Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
· Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
· Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to up sell.
· In charge of the Inventory Management of the restaurant
· Assist the Restaurant Manager in P&L & daily team briefing
· To ensure smooth functioning of operation of cafeteria.
· To manage complete food court operation.
· To ensure customer satisfaction

Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Hotel management Graduate
Experience : Fresher (0 to 1 Year)
